ABOUT ME
I’m a chess trainer from Jamaica who started playing at 14. At one point, my career felt stuck as I kept losing crucial games in tournaments and couldn’t figure out how to truly improve my chess, both over the board and online. But with the support of friends and a burning desire to get better, I decided to rebuild my game from the ground up.
I began identifying my weaknesses, breaking bad habits, and learning to trust the process. Through simple, consistent steps, I improved not just my over-the-board performance, but also my online play and as a result I became more confident and accurate in positions that once made me uncomfortable. Over time, I developed the discipline to stay calm under pressure and play with clarity, even when things got tough.
Within just a few months, everything changed. I earned the National Master title at 17 and became a FIDE Master at 18. Today, as one of the top three players in Jamaica, I’m dedicated to helping others around the world do the same: showing them how to overcome obstacles, break bad habits, and unlock their true potential in chess, both online and offline.
